Literally the worst Dunkin I?ve been to. Avoid at all costs. I would rather travel 20 minutes to any other location rather... than sit in line watching the two idiots behind the counter walk back and forth mindlessly, ignoring customers, and when Ifinally get my coffee its milk and sugar. How they can charge me $8 for this garbage is beyond me. The place is dirty, the staffrude and ignorant and very clearly can?t measure the proper amount of syrup or sugar or even milk. I will travel a linger distance to go to the dd in the next town over. This location is a rip off. I got a mocciato and it... tasted like milk and sugar. Meanwhile wheres the espresso? I called and left a mess to complain to magangement. But im findingmanagement does not care. Theyre rude. They dont make the coffee correctly and you ask for a toasted bagel and it was cold. You ask for cream cheese on your bagel and they spread it lightly like butter. They do not have a smile never!!!! They firedthe boy who provided great customer service. This place gets my order correct about 20% of the time even though I always try to keep it simple. I use the app and order... ahead. 1 beverage and 1 food item. They give me the beverage and the food item is always missing. Half the time they are out offood items and then offer you a cheaper substitute, and give you an attitude to boot.
