My cousin and I went to get a gift card for my girlfriend's son for helping me with my room. And we were going to get a... breakfast crunch wrap to go, and were rudly told that they didn't serve breakfast after 11:00 a.m. we bought the card andordered a chicken chulupa and had to wait for quite awhile before we got the order. Its nice, clean, well lit. The employees do their best, service was fast, orderly. Nostalgia makes me feel like a sad adult when... i sit in the modern-day dine in area, i yearn for the bright colors and fun shapes of my youth. Tis the only reason atmoshperehas 4/5 stars. Well,,,,today 07-12-22 the temperature is 80 degrees outside but inside this Taco Bell it is like 50 degrees or less????????... man! They keep the temperature very low????, if you are going to eat here make sure you bring your sweatshirt or jacket???? towear while you eat here. But what can we say, ??????????? it is a fast-food restaurant it is what it is, they were too slow inour order, we waited like 15-20 minutes to get our food they don?t have that urgency to work fast, well? as I said, it is afast-food without the ?fast? we cannot be demanding much. I visited this location again and the staff was nice and made myfood correctly. [Previous review:] Been going to this location for awhile & never had any issue until today. Ordered a blackbean crunchwrap and received one with beef instead. This would've been okay, except I don't eat red meat and haven't for years,so I wouldn't be surprised if my stomach gets upset later. Very sad about this mix-up :( Read more
Food was messy. Poor quality and attention to detail UPDATE: I was very impressed after returning to the store. The general... manager had reached out about my concerns. She received the feedback from my visit and requested that I return at a later dateto witness the changes she was implementing. I returned today as she requested and gave them another shot. This location knockedit out of the ballpark this trip. The preparation quality has increased tenfold. The precautions taken for allergies areapparent and impressive. I will happily be returning to the store in the future and know my daughter will be safe eating here. Read more
Needed a taco and always enjoy the dorito shells. Servers are always so cheery and upbeat. As fast food goes it is great.
