This place is absolutely disgusting. How it?s able to run under unsanitary conditions for so long is beyond me. Used to love KFC... until consistently getting poor food quality from this swamp pit of a location. Nothing is ever ready so you have to deviate what it is you originally planned to come to order. Went through the Drive-Thru around lunch time. It was not very busy, and I didn't have to wait long for the order to make it... into my hands. I ordered a Famous Bowl Fill Up, but the cookie was missing... I thought it may have been at the bottom of thebag when I did my quick order check; it was the reciept... ???? My world has not stopped over it; I don't exactly NEED the extrasugar, but I am a little disappointed since everything that did make it into the bag was rather tasty. Guy taking the order for my father and I asked if I wanted a coke slaw side and I said nothing just fries. When we got the order... it had cole slaw but no fries. He then started to tell us that my order came with mashed potatoes and since I said cole that?swhat I got. Also we were ordering in and to pay he had to take my fathers phone somewhere in back since there is no workingregister at the counter. Not sure if he was confused himself, trying to impress the young woman working with him, or what. Youwould not visit this location ever again and suggest other avoid it. I did not eat my food instead just waited for my father toeat his food, which he said he was unimpressed with. I had ordered the #7 chicken sandwich meal. It was anything but a meal. The side of macaroni was luke warm. The side of Cole... slaw wasn?t very cold. Fries were stale & not hot, had probably been sitting for an hour. The only hot thing was my sandwich.Seeing as how none of the food for the sides were up to temp as they should be, I can only imagine the foodborne illnesses thatare breeding within that building. No napkins. I live out of town and am in town for work, so I was looking for a quick, hotmeal. I was completely dissatisfied in my $10 meal. It was a complete waste of money. Food was good but the owner of the building needs some cleaning on the outside to spruce it up.
Drive through was quick and the service great. The food was typical KFC. Crunchy fried chicken, yummy sides and drinks. Only... complaint was the biscuit was super small. Read more
