My girlfriend and I just went to this location between 1-2pm to order a drink we had before. When we received the drink, it... looked completely different from how it was pictured and when we got it last time (tasted off as well), so we told the workerthere and she just chuckled and said "you're right", and proceeded to ignore us and talk to her coworkers while we were tryingto get her attention again. This has been the only time we had a bad experience, it's more to do with the employee than theplace itself. Love the place and the other employees we have saw before. Read more

Gravity Coffee is by far the best coffee shop!!! Way better than Starbucks. The employees here in Auburn by the outlet... collection are phenomenal. Very polite and have always gave me excellent costumer service! Keep up the great work!!! Read more
No one in my family drinks coffee, but we really like their energy drinks and teas. Every time we have been there, the staff has... been friendly and more than willing to cater to us. Excellent selection of drinks and fast service! Even if you don't drink coffee, there is something here for everyone. Only... thing that's a bit misleading is the walk-up window. It's actually a huge sliding door on the street side of the building,which, design-wise, doesn't make much sense as you have to pass through the drive through line (albeit in a marked crosswalk)from the parking lot to get to the walk up window. Since it's a new build, doing it the opposite of the current set up would'vemade it more ideal for both cars and pedestrians. Can't change it now, but def recommend the drinks! Read more

Absolutely love Gravity, it?s my favorite coffee so I was excited to see a new location going up in Port Orchard! The parking... lot and drive through is plenty big and there are two windows so you place an order at the first window and go to the second foryour pick up. Much more effective than having 1 window and two lines on each side of the building. Our drinks were great and thestaff were friendly. Please get Gravity car decals!!!!! I?m begging. Read more
