Terrible service twice now and I haven?t even got to fully order from this location. The first time they canceled my order when... I ordered an hour before they closed and they told me they were already closed on the phone. This time they wouldn?t let me getcarry out and the delivery fee is $7. Ridiculous when we only live two blocks away. Pizza Hut it is I guess. Do better dominos. Read more

Edit: I?ve gone there again recently and the customer service/food quality is definitely better. I?m updating my review because... I had no issues this time around! Literally all my food was burnt. When I arrived someone was there waiting and I asked her ifshe?d been helped so I didn?t cut her in line. She she she?d been waiting despite having the dominos tracker tell her it wasready 30 minutes ago. The man working couldn?t give her an estimated time for her food to be done and his excuse was ?we havelike 20 orders right now?. He then gave me mine after about 3 minutes but obviously never ?quality checked? it like they saythey do. Read more
all the workers i?ve spoken to have been nice and understanding. sometimes things take a little more time and there?s a bit of... misunderstanding, but they always correct their mistakes and apologise profusely. even with rushes and mix-ups, they try theirbest to be as quick and efficient as they can and answer any questions to the best of their abilities. remember that the workersare also people and not robots! the food is always nice and hot and tastes wonderful. they also have a nice array of couponsthat are always nice to use and gets you more bang for your buck. my partner and i order from them often and definitelyrecommend them for a pizza or lazy night. :) Read more
Various family members have been customers of the Lund Ave Domino's for over a decade now, and I cannot think of a time where we... had any issues. Obviously, nobody is perfect, and surely there have been complaints. Not from us, though. Great customer serviceand food is always great! Thanks so much! Read more
Today we ordered 3 pizzas at 4:30 pm to be delivered at 6 pm. We finally called at 6:27 pm for a status. The phone was answered... and placed on the counter (we could hear voices). When we finally talked to the person on the desk she blamed it on Papa John?sand there was nothing she could do. Not only was the pizza very late, it was cold. The customer service was very poor. This last order marks the fourth time in a row that I've ordered DOUBLE mushrooms and gotten what could only be described as... less than just the normal amount. I understand everyone's definition of "double" is different, but at this point and to thisextreme of a difference is just ridiculous. We order from this location about 3 times a month because of how close it is to ourhouse, but as its going I'd rather drive the extra distance to get what I ordered. Only reason I'm not rating a 1 star isbecause the employees here seem friendly, I just wish they wouldn't act like every mushroom comes out of their paychecks... Read more
