We we driving on our way back to Sharpsburg, GA and stopped for dinner. We ordered chocolate frosty, chicken sandwiches and... fries. Our LG frosty was half full so I told the girl to please fill it up. After waiting 10 more minutes she came back to tellus they were out of everything except peppermint. I thought they would at least comp it and refund the money or offer somethingelse. She did not I was really angry by such poor service and hope others see this post and NOT stop there. Read more

The original chicken sandwich looks nothing like the pictures and tastes nothing like it used to. The handful of times Ive been... to this location over the last year I've been made to feel I'm bothering them. Parking lot/drive through is not safe at nightwhen they turn off all the lights hours before closing. They turn off the phone and the mailbox is full. Please stop offeringdining room pick up for mobile orders if you are just going to lock the doors. Technology is a great thing but it can't doeverything for you, update your locations pick up options in the app. I'm sure it will save you time not having to give peopledirty looks all night who unknowingly try to open the door. My guess is someone who used to work at the Beville McDonalds got hired here. They turn all lights including the parking lot... lights off except the drive through signs at whatever time they decide each night. This way, you can't tell from the roadthey're open. A few months ago I get an app notification about a breakfast and mobile order deal. Didn't even know they hadbreakfast but decided to try it. Long story short I submit order, drive there, they don't have it. I can't use the deal becauseit's no longer available (since I already used it!) I was accused of making up the deal even though she could see it in THEIRapp along with the order i placed for their store lol by the time I decide to give up on the app she tells me I can't orderbreakfast anymore, "it's too late." A month later my husband wants a frosty. Even though I'm still a little salty, I do a mobileorder, dining room pick up, because hubby wants to ride electric bike to pick up. Doors locked, bombarded by gnats or flys whilewaiting but they won't answer. He goes to the window, they tell him no bikes in drive through. I wish I was joking. A coupledays ago my nephews insist on frostys so I begrudgingly give in only because I remember I still have $20 in the app to use. Igive them the mobile pay code at the window and they have no idea what I'm talking about. I hear her telling a guy in trainingI'm trying to scam them, or something to that effect. The guy in training doesn't look convinced of what she is saying. Shewalks away and I guess gives up within about 5 mins trainee figures it out (with a smile at that!) Bottom line, I hope for theowners sake y'all treat the trainees good. While you've already racked up 3 strikes with me, they're about the only hope you'vegot! Read more

Hopefully the owner of this franchise store or corporate reads this****. This is the only Wendy?s I?ve had an issue with, I also... wouldn?t waste my time writing this if it was once. This Wendy?s seems to get lazy in the evening hours. Consistently claimsto be closed way before closing time. Then if they decide to work they become angry. Read more

I won't even call what I got here customer service - that would be an insult to the term. Waited 10 minutes before someone even... took my order and my payment, then another 10 minutes before I was informed they didn't have what I ordered, but then anotheremployee said they could have it in 5 minutes. After that I was completely ignored until I finally just walked out after a totalof 30 minutes. Enjoy the money you took from me without giving me anything in return - it's the last penny you'll ever get fromme. Read more

Wrong food on the order.just wanted chicken sandwich in biggie bag, the receipt states BLT crispy chicken but it was jr bacon... cheeseburger. Waited so long to get order that the fries were cold, bacon was flabby and greasy. No one answers the phone. Read more

I don't visit a fast food option often but did stop in this location for lunch. Service was quick, the emplyees smiled and the... order was prepared correctly. The tables were clean and employees in clean uniforms. For quick service this means five stars. Read more

The food was fresh and good today!???? The people are Nice at this location. They are Not requiring face masks to order and dine... inside. Be sure to check your entire order before leaving the counter or the drive thru window. They are short staffed and mayaccidentally make a mistake.
