I really, really love their burgers but fries are not their forte. My grandson and I ate here and ordered two different... specialty burgers and each ate a half of each one. We both thought they were spectacular. I have also had take out Tavernburgers. Two different ones. They were also spectacular. But the fries, not so much. I've had regular, garlic and sweet potato.The sweet potato ones were good. Last time I got garlic and checked crunchy, but they weren't crunchy. Remember when you were a kid and Red Lobster was fancy or was I the only one that grew up poor? Anyway I kinda thought the same... thing about Red Robin except it's definitely not fancy but it is classy. I love their burgers and the way their staff workstogether to take of the customers. Excellent burgers and fries. Our Irish friend loved the fish and chips. The service is always great. The atmosphere is... definitely upscale for a burger place. They have a full bar, too. We started off going to Wendy?s and had a horrible experience. My husband called and asked what was taking so long and I told... him why.. he said to leave Wendy?s and go to Red Robin across the street at the Pavilion and I am happy we did! Jenna had a warmwelcoming smile on her face as we walked in the door! I even looked horrible and she still treated us so kindly by giving ussome information on the menu. We're never disappointed when we come here. The food is always great and the staff work hard to take great care of you. I need... gluten free options and I order the teriyaki chicken burger without the bun. You can also have it in a lettuce wrap.
