Slow day before Hurricane Nicole. Drive thru only open and cooking to order. Ordered chicken strip meal and two sandwiches. Took... 12 minutes and our food was cold when got home because they forgot what we ordered and left it in the to-go pickup. Get home andwe didn't get chicken strips meal, got 2 piece dark meal. I visit this location quite regularly, as my son is obsessed with their biscuits and red beans & rice. I wish they had a biscuit... punch card ????. He wants them that often! The staff I've come in contact with have always been friendly. I would recommend thislocation. Read more
After waiting 10 minutes for her to take our order with no cars in front of us my wife asked if she was ready and the lady... replied with a terrible attitude and tone to "give her a minute" Fries were literally frozen and the spicy chicken sandwich wasnot spicy and also cold. Couldn't have had a worse experience. Good chicken. $5 big box deal is good. Make sure you donate $1 to get the coupon. It can be used till December. However Chicken... not hot enough. Still a 4-star ** chicken pieces so so dry this time. They offered a free gravy and drink so we can manage toeat the dry chicken pieces. We ordered a mild piece plus 3 spicy pieces. That mild piece didn?t come 10 minutes after my friendfinished all his meal. It?s not even busy here in the dining room or the drive-through. But they did something right. We nevercomplained and for the long patient wait they gave us a 3-piece meal each. The fresh pieces are yummy. Read more
