Was very hungry this particular day, and the conveince to the doctor's office was great Quick drive through and fresh sandwich.

My only problem is I wanted a hot sub and they don't do that only cold subs so I have never eaten one

I got a good one for you. Today?s order was a free order because the previous time they gave us subs with almost no meat. My... colleague here orders from them twice the week every week. So this week we get the free food and they get lost and take itsomewhere else. And the funny thing is she confirm my address. All I can do is shake my head. We have been going to Jimmy John's for years. Lightly we've had a lot of stale bread even though it's been in the morning. Today... my husband ordered online a free sandwich. We went to pick it up and waited and waited and waited and waited because the girl atthe window would not look at us or open up her window. After 10 minutes somebody finally opened up the window. And gave usexcuses on their service. The sandwich was supposed to be free but it wasn't and they yammered all about the next time get thiskind of sandwiches I'll take x amount of money off of it. This was my first visit to a Jimmy John's and it was excellent. The team working at this location were very helpful. They took... the time to provide excellent customer service and the food was delicious. Julian explained the menu, he was patient, kind andrespectful.
