The employees that work here don't even care about their job seeing as how everything is on their terms at their convenience.... This particular store has gone down year after year after year. Very disappointing.....I haven't had a single positiveexperience from this store in at least 5 years after this evening speaking to the employee about an online order I willdefinitely never order from this location ever again save your money people ! Why does this store RARELY answer the phone?? For well over a year I've attempted to call ahead but you rarely answer the phone.... I get there and it's slow. Walk in still trying to call and the phone isn't ringing. They "say" it's their Spectrum phonesystem. Over a year? At what point do you do something to fix it. Can't tell you how many times I've gone somewhere else. You'relosing SOOOOOOO much business. Your subs are awesome but if I can't order ahead to have it ready I'm going somewhere else. My sister ordered 5 subs, and they were very disappointing. I just moved here from Erie, PA, and my husband and I order subs... there all the time at Jersey Mike's and they are fabulous and very meaty. The ones we ordered last night were very skimpy on themeat and cheese, very different from the ones we had in Erie. Will not be ordering again. Read more

After hearing about it for a long time...we finally tried it. Great little lunch spot on the go.

I arrived as a simple walk in order at 7:32pm 9/19/2021. I waited at the order line for 5 minutes before I walked out and in to... trigger the beep of a new customer... I ask for a giant #7 on white, as soon as I explain my order the two employees explainthey have no bread to serve... I continued to ask why they didn't, the younger Female explained that they were out of breadsince 4:00pm and that neither her or the other employee knows Nor was never taught.... I Asked for the Manager and they bothsaid the Manager took a Emergency Leave of work.... so just to sum up my complaint and review.... 1. Waiting 5 minutes in aempty store. 2. No bread since 4:00pm. 3. No bread to be served at 7:30pm. 4. No manager to assist. 5. Two Employees left aloneto run a store that can't simply make bread..... I worked at Jersey Mikes before it only takes 1 hour to make bread.... What'sthe point of being open 4:00pm to 9:00pm??? Read more
