Firehouse subs are the best subs anywhere. I used to go to Subway but as soon as I had a firehouse sub that was it for me.
The cashier was very friendly and polite. However, when we placed our order we asked for one of the sandwiches to be held while... we were eating ours and instead of waiting the sandwich person left it out on the counter next to a dirty rag. While dinning inI had to get up and retrieve my sandwiches we were eating there but the lady and her friend had her sandwich brought her fromthe people behind the counter. Again the cashier was nice so I gave a three if she wasn't I would've given a one. Read more

Great subs and very friendly service. Lunch was busy but they had plenty of staff to keep the line moving. Only issue so far is... with the app recognizing transactions to accumulate points.
