drive thru order, patience not there, got handed over to someone else mid sentence. there was only 3 of them in the whole store.... they forgot 4 items in my order so i had to go inside to get them. one lady in there told me none of them knew how to cook. mybagel is burnt, hard, not very edible. also, maple bacon was barely cooked, nothing was on it. Hahaha! These are some real brains working here. Literally making fun of my accent through the drive-through speaker because... they didn't realize they left their microphone on (I believe it was the manager). Then got the order wrong. They can't make aniced coffee to save their life. Trust me I've tried several times. I don't know if they just don't clean their machines, butthe coffee is really grossy here. This place is literally like a comedy show. Don't go for the coffee or the drinks. Go forthe entertainment. But be ready because it's an exercise in patience. Food is always good though and the people at the windoware generally kind but usually green. Also, this is one of the most expensive Dunkin' donuts in the area. If you can travel alittle bit, you'll usually get food and drinks a couple bucks cheaper at some of the other Dunkins. Check the app and compareprices. Read more
Only have done drive thru wich is a little tricky. Usually you have to be heading north bound on US 1. To be able to get in the... drive thru. Very difficult to get into drive thru from any other direction. Read more
Some of the staff is very rude I ordered 2 Croissants they laugh and tell me they only have 1 croissant left in the entire store... 1 hour after opening. So I told her I?ll have the one croissant then she tells me she got to up charge me because they don?thave any other type of bread like what lol is this serious then still messed up my order and gave me 3 free munchikin Donuts Ididn?t want. The coffee was supposed to be a large regular used coffee with 3 creams. The coffee came out tea colored, tasted like tea, and... was white with the cream. The manager insisted it was fine because they made it and said they are perfect because they justbecame under new management. Not good coffee, not good management. Went through the drive through and had a few drinks and mini bagels and a couple of donuts. After getting our drinks and a bag... of food we checked to make sure it was all there, it was not. This older lady working started arguing with us that she gave usour kids donuts, as we?re looking in the bag telling her no you did not. After 60 seconds of her arguing with us, a young mancame up to the window and said I think this is your bag with the donuts. She had never given us the bag just tossed it on thecounter and proceeded to argue with us. Donuts all messed up frosting off them and all over the bag. Have been coming to this Dunkin my whole life, and can honestly say it has never been run better than it has as of late. Those... days shift ladies are fast and efficient...and super patient with my special orders. Oh and then proceeded to let me know thatthere were certain coffees for free today, which was a DAY MAKER! They go above and beyond, and deserve the credit. Thank youladies!!
