i feel like everytime i come here its a hit or miss and its been a miss for months. today i got breakfast for my family and my... bacon was soggy the cheese was cold the bread was stale and the egg was cold :/ also everytime i order my coffee with EXTRA milki have to hand it back and ask for more milk today they handed it back to me with literally no more milk in it than when ihanded it back literally had to go home and re-make the drink myself. theres like two guys and one girl who are always good buteveryone else seems to be clueless Read more

The night crew has become garbage, I waited 5 minutes at the intercom with no other guests there, was greeted with an attitude,... had to repeat the first two drinks of my order 4 times, was told to pull forward without my order being complete, once I statedI wasn?t done with my 3 drink order the lady went completely quiet and ignored us. What a rip off. I ordered the pepper bacon which says extra bacon. I get one piece of bacon and all they look like they do is... sprinkle some pepper on top of the regular bacon. Lol! Get your food somewhere else until they can learn to make a decentsandwich. It cost me $6! Read more
Use to go to this Dunkin? because they were always fast and my drink was always good, now there is new employees and it seems... like no one is training them or they just don?t care. I went in the other day and ordered a sprinkle donut and the man evenasked again at the window and when I got home it was a glazed donut that?s it? went back again today cause things happen I getit and the lady taking the order was rude and kept rushing our order? mind you we only got two drinks and she kept sighing inthe headset and clicking her tongue like we were a bother? then she repeated the order back for the two drinks and it was allwrong. And the coffee taste like it was made and sat all day and I had to doctor my drink Up at home just to make it bearable todrink. Definitely switching locations again. Read more
One star, at least the coffee was hot and fresh. Girl in the Drive-Thru didn't even speak to me other than giving me my total... which was incorrect. She handed me my change and my coffee without a word. When I thanked her she only mumbled "mmm huh" andthen shut the drive-thru window. Read more
Came here to pick up an order, they stereotyped me and made me wait 40 minutes when i was the only person in the store then... theeatened me with violance and kicked me out when i complained, i had to call the police just for them to hand me my order. Illdef be coming back here to pick up more orders in the futute get your employees acting right. Read more
