I'm very happy with my local Chili's. First off I've never had an issue with my food being inedible. It's always hot, and cooked... the way I ask for it. The only gripe I have is with the small portion of fries, bit I understand they're corporate andeverything is cents on the dollar and it's not that big of a deal because they are hot! The menu is also wide without beingbogged down with things no one ever eats. There's variety but the menu is simple. Which is great! A great assortment of drinks,well priced (though I wish you guys would stock a good Hazy IPA). Happy they support local breweries though (they stock an IPAfrom Ormond Brewing Co.) But it would be great if you guys rotated stock of other local brews, but I again understand it'scorporate and they have rules. The service is fantastic (TIP YOUR SERVERS PEOPLE!) from being friendly, and attentive, tomanaging a small conversation to make you feel welcome. We eat here all the time, food is always great as well as service. Today the food actually looked like a picture on a menu.
We stopped at this Chili's on our way back from a cruise and immediately when we walked in we went to the restroom which were... super clean. We got seated by friendly staff and I'll. Waitress was also very friendly. We ordered and our food was brought out.Maybe 10 minutes later. Super quick. I didn't expect this level of service but I'll take it excellent five stars. If I could give zero stars, I would. We went last night for dinner. The restaurant was nearly empty. When we walked in, two... employees (one of which was a member of management) turned and walked away. They went over to a table of people they knew to sitand chit chat. They kept looking up at us and then would go back to talking. We waited for awhile at the hostess podium beforesomeone finally came to seat us. We were seated at the table behind where the two employees were sitting and talking to theirfriends. Again, we wait...and wait...and wait. All we ordered were two appetizers to eat. After ordering, our server neverreturned to our table. She walked by a few times and ignored us. She also would go to the table behind where the member ofmanagement was at and talk with the people at the table. We also never received drink refills. The food was terrible. We orderedboneless wings and cheese fries. The wings were room temperature and tasted awful. The fries were also room temperature andtasted as though they had been sitting out for awhile. The cheese was hard and burned. Chili's used to be good. It's been goingdownhill for awhile, but at this point McDonald's would be a better choice. Chili's is now below Denny's which is bad. Fun, delicious birthday lunch. I tried the new Smokehouse Combo and it was delicious! The street corn is to die for ????
First time eating at a "Chili's". Food a zero, customer service a five. Was served a piece of charcoal as a "burger"! I... ordered The Black Bean Burger. Apparently the "black" didn't refer to the variety of bean the burger was made from, but theactual color of the burger - It was literally burned to a brittle crisp. How could any chef allow this to leave his kitchen?!When I called the waitress over and showed it, she looked at me apparently confused and I had to explain "It is burned" beforeit registered and it was promptly returned to the kitchen. I had no time left to attempt another dish so I left hungry andrather disappointed overall. On the plus side the wait staff are very nice, friendly, helpful, and personable. Read more

The food I had was absolutely delicious!! I've never had cheese sticks like theirs before. The cheese was so creamy and... delicious. The outside had the right amount of crunchiness!???? And the egg rolls OMG?? DELICIOUS!! I'm definitely going back!!Great job, both the servers and the cooks!???? Read more
