I understand they were having technical issues inside and I would assume they are short staffed as well. I ordered 2 bacon kings... but the issue is they came with no bacon. That is ridiculous. If you run out if bacon I would have ordered something else. It'snot difficult to let the customer know your out of something. Everything was cold and I had to wait like 5 minutes to order which was odd because there was nobody in the store or the drive... through. I ordered 2 large onion and got like 10 onion rings in each box. The boxes were actually full. They filled over halfthe box with cold fries. Neither of my whoppers had cheese even though I was charged for it. The only thing that was right wasthe 7 zesty sauces I paid for... wait I paid for 10. Nevermind. Read more

The hamburger and french fries were good but the bun was cold. And that really put a damper on enjoying the hamburger. Plus they... had no napkins. None. Read more

Never been to any fast food restaurant so slow in my life, half the staff just standing around. I could tell some employees were... new but instead of getting taught correctly when asking questions, they just argued or got nasty short answers from the otheremployees that had been there longer. Like a full blown circus in there with nothing being accomplished. Read more

Ordered a couple sandwiches. One of them was supposed to be just catch up and pickles only. Unfortunately it had a lot more than... that on it. But the people in the drive-thru were super nice and quickly got the sandwich fixed and gave me what I ordered. Read more

I ordered dinner for my family online and prepaid, for in-store pickup . The website froze and I had to restart the order... process 3 different times. Once I was finally able to place my order and choose a pickup time, I received a confirmation messagestating that my order would be waiting on the counter when I arrived. WRONG. There were 4 people working, the store was not verybusy, and not only was my order NOT ready, I was informed that the two shakes I ordered could not be delivered because they hadno shake machine. The store's website allowed me to order and pay for the shakes, the store menu board listed shakes for saleand there was no signage anywhere stating shakes were off the menu. The employee at the counter tried to push frozen lemonade onme instead. I told her no thanks, credit me for the shakes and I'll take the rest of my order. WRONG AGAIN. Not only was myorder not ready, I had to wait 30 minutes for it to be prepared. What is the purpose of having online ordering if you're notgoing to have the order ready when requested?? And why advertise and charge for shakes that you do not sell?? I will say thefood was good when we finally got it (sans drinks) but the shenanigans involved in actually ordering and then getting the foodalmost outweighs that fact. Read more

I went to drive thru ordered paid given no receipt! Told to drive around to double doors would be brought out! Long wait did... not time! Had ordered 1 whop melt and 1 OCS as on bag receipt . Whopper melt cold and bread not toasted! Drive around againthey redid melt! Toasted or grilled what every they did barely toasted on one side! Sad!! There was no rush total of 3 cars andall had to wait. Read more

The restaurant was very clean and well organized. Because they were short staffed it took a long time to get our food but the... cashier maintained a positive attitude even when patrons were not as patient as they should have been. I love that they have alot of healthy options at this location! My impossible Whopper was amazing! As always the fries never disappoint. Read more
