Love this JJ bean, have always had good experiences here. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Ambience is nice. The coffee &... snacks are absolutely delicious and keep me coming back. One area of feedback is to properly dissolve the matcha because itclumps up if it's not properly sifted and mixed with hot water. The staff were super nice in making me another one (thank you!),but the same problem persisted, otherwise it was delicious Read more
JJ Bean coffee is so delicious. When consuming inside you could have a real cup. It all adds to the taste of the great... cappuccino they offer. Is it the roast that makes their coffee so tasty? Not sure, I just had the nicest coffee in the hood. Read more
JJ Bean makes the best iced mocha and they have delicious and large portioned food options. I like their wraps and the raspberry... oatmeal muffins. The price is a little higher than Starbucks, but it's totally worth it if you can afford it. The atmosphere atthe Suter Brook Village location in Port Moody is pretty clean, but it's often hard to find a place to sit. The only thing Ireally dislike about JJ Bean in general is that it takes FOREVER for them to make your coffee. I've noticed the insanely longwaits at other JJ Bean locations as well. Read more

First off, there is a lot of reviews from people who seem to be looking for problems. Obviously criticisms are allowed for the... sake of improvement but that does seem to be the case with many of these reviews. I am a university students who's been goinghere for the last year or two to meet with friends, study, or just get out the house. Many of these reviews seem to complainabout millennials and students hogging tables and taking away from other people's time. Although I understand theirfrustrations, I don't see how there's any difference between a baby boomer and their friends talking over a coffee for hoursthan some students with their laptops out. Maybe that's just me, I am open to hearing the other side. That being said, JJ isbusy. The staff do a great job of making sure that the lines move quick and they tend to every customer. This is perfect if youprefer businesses that owe you everything and exist to serve you. If you are there just because you enjoy visiting coffee shopsand trying new things, then you'll love it. Although being slightly cold, the atmosphere is awesome. While it may lack thetypical coziness most some coffee shops, JJ's modern look and setup is really awesome. Almost everyone who visits comments onhow great the living plant wall is. Now I am not some big coffee guru who knows everything about the process and collection ofcoffee, but I do appreciate different coffees and tend to try as many different options as I can on visits. Their coffee itselfis not personally my favourite, but it goes very well with the rest of their drinks. For example, whatever powder or syrup theyuse for their mochas is incredible. The prices do feel expensive, but when you compare it to an other coffee place, evenStarbucks, you see they're all the same. JJ's food is typically really good. Like most places it's just grilled and microwavedand whatever upon ordered but includes some good options like the turkey chorizo. Personally, I really appreciate t Read more
