It's amazing to see how Po'Boy has evolved--and boy, is it a cool spot! The atmosphere and ambiance here is amazing, and the... theme is one of the more impressively unique ones we've seen in a craft brewery. The owners are amazing, and the beer to match!It's really one of those neighborhood spots that you're glad to have as your local craft brewery! LOVED this place! We were in Port Jeff for the day from CT and decided to wander a bit off the beaten track - and boy was I glad... we did! what a hidden gem. The decor is amazing in there, the staff all really friendly and the beer is next level! (& changesvery regularly). I had a flight and loved the Honey Boo Boo (made with raw honey...and you can really taste it) so much I had toget a pint of it! My friend is a cider drinker and he said the cider (they had 4 on tap, so he was well served) was the best heshad as well. Will definitely be back - worth getting the ferry over just for this place. I just hope Honey Boo Boo is stillthere when i do :). Read more
This place is special. The owners treat you like family, the beer and ciders are phenomenal. You can meet amazing people and... have wonderful conversations, or just keep to yourself. The bartenders are all regular customers who end up working there.Highly recommend. It's a word of mouth place and a bit off the beaten track, but it's sooooo worth it. Absolutely amazing place to hung out. Bobby has a gift of not only brewing the best beer and cider around, but also creating the... best place to relax and have fun. Watching them from the beginning years ago, surviving Covid as a business and expanding isfascinating. I love to visit and giving 5+ ??. Read more
Don't let the location fool you, this is a unique find. This place is very versatile, you can branch off and do your own thing... or mingle with people around the bar. Everyone from the staff to the patrons were really friendly & mellow. Great vibe & awesometime!! The beer selection is small (15) but, what they had was really delicious & had layers of flavor. Amazing place! Quite large inside, plenty of places to sit with friends or by yourself. They did a very good job at decorating... the place. If you're a person who likes ciders and sours and other craft beers, this is your place. The drinks are a littlehigher priced but when you find one's you like, it's well worth it. One suggestion I would make for this place is that thereisn't too much food. There are personal pan pizzas, pretzels and chips, not much else. Read more
I went to this brewery for the first time on a Thursday, which is usually their "wild card"night. In this particular night, it... was trivia night it was trivia night. While the trivia contestants stayed in the front, the owner led us on a intimate andinformative tour of the brewery. He was very delightful and his beers matched. My favorite was the "Monkey Fruit" hard cider.Definitely recommend! Read more
