Purchased a birthday cake here and paid for extra fudge and crunchies. The cake looked ok when I viewed it in the box.When I got... the cake home and took it out of the box I could not believe how low in height it was!! Hardly any ice cream and hardly anyfudge or crunchies!! I was totally ripped off, these cakes are not cheap. I called them to complain and was told the owner wasnot in and would call me back, which of course they never did. Needless to say, they have lost me as a customer! Not this store. Never ever! Had our birthday coupon and we were turned away, citing they refuse digital coupons. They said it is... because we could exploit using it repeatedly so therefore we had to print it out. But nothing is stopping me from printing outmultiple copies... So yeah, I just went to the one nearby in the plaza with Stop & Shop. They happily honored the coupon byhaving us show them on our phones. I'll stick with that store from now on! I always get my birthday cakes here with custom photos printed on them. They always come out great.
Three of us arrived with great hopes, three of us left greatly disappointed. Their ?thick shakes? are thick if you compare them... with milk and the flavors are weak. Yes it tastes like ice cream, but this is a very low bar for a dedicated ice cream vendor.Would not recommend. Read more
