Very bad and uncomfortable experience. Cashier was extremely rude. Took her approximately 10 to 15 minutes to come forward to... take our order since our arrival (they were in the back laughing and having a good time). Once she came to take our order weasked for a specific meal from the menu to which she didn't ask for our choice of condiments (for example ranch or Bleu cheese,etc. or veggies). We were handed our cups so I asked for a 20oz bottled soda to which she made a face. She then proceeded tohand us the other cups face down to where the rim was sliding along the counter. We did not want to take matters into a worsesituation so we did not complain. Once our order was out, the fries were overcooked and the vegetables were not served. Mypartner stood again to ask for the veggies and the lady literally walked away and decided to ingore her. 5 minutes later shesent the cook to see what was needed. We are not the type to complain about services. However, when you are paying for a serviceand literally being polite to staff, the same treatment is expected back. I really think cashiers should be properly trained totend to customers in a polite manner. In my opinion, customer service and service overall here is a 0. Read more
Would give a zero if I could. Bad customer service. The cashier ignored us since they were all chitchatting in the back until a... few minutes later she got our order all rude.Fries were burnt ????. Didn?t even give the order correctly and when I went tostand in front of register the cashier once again ignored me and told the guy cook to attend me. Read more
