This place is beyond horrible..don?t know whether to blame the employees for their lack of work ethic or the manager who allows... it. Some days they open at 4:30, other days I show up AT THE SAME TIME EVERY DAY and I sit at the speaker for over 5 minuteswaiting to order which never happens by the way. I then have to travel further down the road to the other Tim Hortons who has ayoung man who faithfully shows up to work. Shame on corporate for allowing this to continue on a daily basis. IDK about during the day but if you go pass 5pm you can only get plain donuts or timbits, it has been this way the dozens of... times we've gone here, will be going to dunkin from now on! Read more

Very fast and friendly location. Never had an issue with the coffee, donuts, or food.

Location is doing tremendous business mornings and weekends. All this time in the location they haven't figured out a more... efficient drive thru. Count on waiting for consistent coffee. Read more

Ever since they let the one Manager Go the place has not been as good as it was a month ago. I understand I can make coffee at... home but there is something in a Tim Hortons coffee that gives you that boost for the rest of the day. I always say, "Timmy'sgot crack in it!" Lol Read more

After realizing half a dozen donuts were missing i phoned TH to lwt them know which the manager warmly invited me back to grab... them. When i arrived i was greeted by the manager who told me i had everything and they watched the video camereas to comfirmthis. I attempted to use logic and reason explaining how the items handed to me did not match the order, and was told by themanager that was everything a 2nd time ( rudely) to which i shrugged ok then and returned home still with the missing half dozenmystery unsolved. After my wife reviewed the online order and called the manager she insisted the order was correct, but did notscrowl down a page to see the full order, after a blunt " oops sorry" i returned a 3rd time to claim my long awaited half dozendonuts, not by the manager, not offered anything for making me drive 3 seperate times because of her mistake, nothing. Howsomeone can be a manager and yet not be trained in retention and customer satisfaction is beyond me, i never went through thismuch time/effort/gas over a donut, goodbye time hortons hello Dunkin Donuts ???? Got a refresher and it had the consistency of syrup, I called the location and was told to "just add water". My espresso shot... was ice cold and my black coffee tasted like it had been brewed multiple times from the same coffee grounds. Read more

Donuts are ok, coffee is not bad. Just like all the other Tim Hortons out there. It's usually busy inside and through the... drive thru. One bonus is they integrated a coldstone creamery inside. It doesn't have all the options of a full coldstone, butit will get you by in a pinch. Staff is quick and generally friendly. Inside isn't the cleanest. And it's a bit crowdedinside. Read more
