Back about October 20, I order a 3 piece meal for my daughter and I. They ask if I'd like to donate $1 and get a coupon booklet.... Sure! Live 20 minutes away...no coupon book. Call, told sorry, come back to get it and we will give you a coke too. Told him Idon't get that way very often... Nope, can't send it to me... Ok, "I will be back in two weeks". I go back there about a weekago, no coupon books left! "He didn't save me one?" "No, sorry"...wait....WHAT....I spoke to him on the phone, he was reallynice.....but he didn't even save me a flipping coupon book???? "We will give you your dollar and a coke, sorry". "No thank you".So, not even a "hey, we will write your name down and still let your take advantage of SOMETHING in that coupon book" . Every time I go no matter what time of the day or evening when I ask for crispy chicken I'm told it's not ready. Needless to say... no crispy chicken today either! Further more this will be the last time I go to the store on 24th st. Port Huron Mi. It's sadthey offer it but don't seem to have it. Read more
I normally don't complain but the food was disgusting my chicken must have been under the light all day it was dry nasty the... fries were dry and hard and the mac and cheese was pretty gross too Read more
The restaurant was understaffed but the few employees that were there did an amazing job getting my order out as quickly as... possible and they were all very polite! Two huge thumbs up! Read more
Instead of letting me know they didn't have what I needed for my 12 piece meal I bought, they just gave me whatever they had.... Unfriendly window workers as well. Terrible service. Read more
While the entree was good the fries which we ordered to be fresh were very very hot old fries. Pretty hard & chewy. This KFC is... not our regular restaurant which has not disappointed but unfortunately this one did. Different attitude towards their customers& the quality of food served. As people might say, hey, it's fast food what do you expect. I'm sure Col. Sanders, John Y. Brown& Dave Thomas (the founder of Wendy's) had the same attitude. Read more
