Back about October 20, I order a 3 piece meal for my daughter and I. They ask if I'd like to donate $1 and get a coupon booklet.... Sure! Live 20 minutes away...no coupon book. Call, told sorry, come back to get it and we will give you a coke too. Told him Idon't get that way very often... Nope, can't send it to me... Ok, "I will be back in two weeks". I go back there about a weekago, no coupon books left! "He didn't save me one?" "No, sorry"...wait....WHAT....I spoke to him on the phone, he was reallynice.....but he didn't even save me a flipping coupon book???? "We will give you your dollar and a coke, sorry". "No thank you".So, not even a "hey, we will write your name down and still let your take advantage of SOMETHING in that coupon book" . Every time I go no matter what time of the day or evening when I ask for crispy chicken I'm told it's not ready. Needless to say... no crispy chicken today either!
