I'm done with the Fort Gratiot location. The female manager on 11-15-22 at 6 pm had no idea what goes on there. If you can't... resolve a simple problem on a medium pizza and you don't know the contact details of your manager, then you have failed atlearning your job and Domino's failed at training you. Pizza was terrible. I paid over $15 for a thin pizza. Asked for extra cheese. I definitely did not have extra cheese. Nothing... like the Domino's that we used to have on the southend of town. I don't know if the guy answering the phones is new, but hesounded confused. Read more
They get my order right. While this may not sound like much, surprisingly it's quite rare. But they knew when they saw me open... the lid that I was checking, and the lady assured me it was right. I was on the phone with a nice gentleman named Tony. Tony was the sweetest thing ever. Silly me was calling about a pizza I had... ordered with my mind with the new feature. My husband when in tonight to pick up a $60 order. My husband handed them a $50 and a $20 and they said they couldn?t take a... $50. Never seen that posted anywhere and that was all he had with him. He had explained that was all he had so they ended uptaking the money cause it was a large order. Someone came out from the back and said, ? is there a problem?? When my husbandsaid no problem but you should probably post that somewhere that you don?t take $50?s and the worker responded it?s on thewebsite if ya can?t read ya can?t read. Super unprofessional!!
