food is good but they never write down or follow delivery directions nor does the phone operator really want to write them down
I'm so upset they changed meaty marinara to penne pasta it's so dry I won't be buying it anymore I loved the curly pasta
The food is great but service is bad. No paper plates available which made our lunch a horrible experience serving kids in table... napkins. The chicken of course stick to the napkins. I indicated curbside pick-up but I went in the store anyway since it tookthem awhile to get out. The guy did not even offer to open the door for me or help me with my large order. Read more
forgot to give it a 1 star while i was still on base at the time during summer. so I've had a fairly big order set up for... delivery and it never showed up lol. After about two hours I've called and they told me it should be on its way, but guess what?still didn't show up after another hour. I've canceled it and asked for a refund (refund never came until I've called again twoor three more times the next couple days) and also lost the reward points which they promised to give back to me.
