This is a decent restaurant. Good food, ok place. Similar to many other establishments. What made it special was the staff. In... particular a server we had named Michelle who was very friendly, attentive and had a positive energy that accentuated theexperience. We went back last week and she was gone. Let go. Not sure why and I didn't ask. I gave this review 1 star but I would?ve given 0 if there was an option. My girlfriend and I have been to this restaurant... before, and enjoyed the food and friendly service but unfortunately this time that was not the case. We chose to sit outside andenjoy the nice weather, 2 other couples had come to the patio as well. Our server, Erin, was rude to say the least and we bothfelt very disrespected. She was not approachable, ignored us the whole duration of our visit after taking our order and we hadto hunt her down for our first refill of water about 45 minutes after we sat down. Usually when you go to a restaurant, theservers are attentive and refill your glass when needed without asking. Normally I would let this go, as they are understaffed.However, it was not busy inside nor out and she had 2 tables on the patio (us included). After ignoring us during the time wewere eating, she interrupted our meal asking if we were paying separate or together, we had not finished eating and planned ongetting dessert but felt very unwelcome and rushed so we opted not to. We visit this establishment regularly, the food is great and the servers are always friendly and extremely hardworking but this... leads into my complaint and why I only give them 3 of 5 stars. The servers have to be hardworking because they are alwaysunderstaffed, sometimes one server working the sit in, bar and outside patio, they work hard but unfortunately this can lead tolong wait times for food or drink because, despite what we may think, they only have 2 hands (Gasp) If they were properlystaffed i would certainly raise my score to 4-5 but until then i will continue to visit as I enjoy the food and service from theservers that are there. Owner, i see you have responded and i respect your plight though i wonder how true it is. The "nobodywants to work" is a post pandemic issue but the staffing issues i have brought forth predate the pandemic. I hope you aresincere and that in time, you will be properly staffed as your staff, food and customers deserve it. Read more

Went on the website on line first to see the menu. And the restaurant. Looked great. Great service today.. awesome food and... portion size was fantastic. So were the prices. My first time ever here and I would highly recommend it. They even had dailyspecials for food and drink as well. I will definitely be back ..lots of TV for sports clean bathroom. Thank you.. Husband and myself were day tripping from Port Dover. We went to the Big Apple then Primitive design. Then we were famished.... This came up on Google resturants so we thought let?s check it out. Very friendly staff clean and comfortable atmosphere. Menuhad a large selection very impressed. Loved the $6 cocktails???? I had the chicken/shrimp pad Thai and hubby had A meatballsandwich.
