Generally good. I've usually gone during the middle of the night to get coffee at Tim's. Sometimes the line can be busy but... that's to be expected from Tim's. I will say that if you are buying stuff at an OnRoute that whatever you're buying willgenerally be more expensive, usually because it's convenient and there's no competition. Just keep that in mind. If i could give a zero.. a zero it would be! Absurd! Waited close to 45mins in line... super understaffed...and then when we get... our order and its all wrong! BELT was missing tomato, hashbrowns were just thrown in the bag and i asked for 2.coffees 2 milk 2sugar they had cream.. we ended up throwing them out! What a shame! Luckily we are not from ONT so will never come back here..but this ruined my morning and the 18 hour drive ahead of me back to NB! YES i could've gone back and asked them to fix it butat this point i was over it! Read more

This is a review for the AREA MANAGERS of Tim Horton's. 1. Replace the Managers at this location. 2. Hire help. Clearly... UNDERSTAFFED. At least 30 min wait (not even at lunch time) to find out the place was out of Chili. OK it happens. But only 2young girls doing their best at the counter while the line was really long. Got a crispy chicken. 3. OnROUTE Managers should getrid of this franchise if it doesn't improve their service. Simple as that. Fast food counters next to this one were clearlybetter organized. The service here is ridiculous. They only care for the mobile and express orders. Even for moblie and express orders there we're... super slow in putting them out too. There was an individual line aside from the in-person line for moblie orders (wait time ~20minutes). The customers there in person wait for 30+ minutes and then the workers will only deal with one customer who will thenwait another 20 minutes for their order. Initially there were 5 workers but the all soon left one by one only leaving 3 people.This branch ruins the Tim Hortons name and damages the reputation about it service. Read more

I only give 2 stars because the gentleman behind the counter was very apologetic and very fast in getting me what I eventually... ordered. The other staff didn't seem to care. It's insanely frustrating that they advertise items they never have. It's my 3rdtime going to this Tim's on the drive to Quebec, and the 3rd time they have their breakfast menu up while telling people who'vewaited 10-20 minutes in line, "Sorry, no breakfast items." It's false advertising. It's the last time I'll be stopping at thisOnroute period. I'd rather go off the highway into a town and get gas, food etc with the amount of time I waste here. Read more

Ridiculous service. They won?t have any concern for mobile orders it literally took 20min for them to prepare a single coffee... that too after asking that is it going to take all day for them. Bottom line.. never go to this Tim Hortons if this situationgoes like this Tim Hortons better shut their shops. Read more

That had to be the WORST Tim's I have ever been too in my life!!!! 0 Stars if I could have. At least 20 people in line. Over... 40 minutes to get 2 bagels. INSANE !!!! If you can't staff a location you shouldn't be open. Learn how to run business. Read more
