We are residents of Port Hope. Attended the restaurant at 7:30 pm not knowing they closed at 8:00. They readily sat us. Ordered... a sharing platter of sushi that was the freshest sushi we have had to date. Simply delicious. Combined with a wine and beer themeal was complete. We stayed past their closing hour and there was no pressure to leave. Very friendly, fabulous food. It doesnot get any better. Read more

First time trying this Japanese Sushi house in Port Hope. Placed an order for pick up and gave time for eta. Walked in and was... greeted with a smile. Place was busy on a Friday evening. Everything was very clean and open style kitchen where you can seeyour food being prepped. Great side portions for what you pay and the quality was amazing!!! Amazing!! Hands down the best sushi in Port Hope/Coburg. I?ve dined in twice and both times the service was excellent.... Forewarning, the rolls are big!! They usually cut regular rolls into 6, I asked them to cut mine into 8. The rolls have lots offilling and the perfect amount of rice. The tofu pocket appetizer is also fantastic! Came here on the weekend and it was great experience. The staff are all friendly! I got the green dragon roll and spicy salmon... which were both so tasty. My husband got rainbow roll and California roll which he liked as well. We also tried the gyoza andthe spicy salmon sushi pizza which was nice and crispy on the bottom.
