The walls are very thin ..you can hear the conversation next door "rm 224"..it's better to pay the extra 20 -30 dollars for the... upgrade room ..the basic 184.00 plus 24.70 taxes is a basic room and everything really is smaller.. coffee pot makes one dripcup of coffee at a time ..the microwave you can maybe fit two small burritos in it maybe ..more like for heating cups of hotliquids..fridge is same smaller than the fridges in most rooms..bed was very comfortable ..deck had room for two chairs n smalltable but could sit comfortably and watch the sail boats go out n come back in.. food questionable..you can get better aboutfive miles away at a home cooking place..(,forgot the name sadly cuz they were great and lots of home made pies like strawberryrhubarb..yum..to classic cream pies and grandma's apple pie.. breakfast was great and good size took some home with us and Hoteldoesn't serve breakfast.. Very quaint hotel with beautiful artwork and a lot of character. The restaurant at the hotel was really good and we enjoyed... seeing their vegetable gardens. The room was spacious and felt like a one bedroom apartment. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast. However, they delivered a basket of yummy foods and juice for breakfast. It was such a nice touch. My only complaint would bethe bugs. We found a spider, beetle and ants in our room. There was also a lot of cobwebs. (Sorry for the messy room pictures. Ididn't think to take pictures of our room until we were getting ready to leave.) Read more

This is a quirky hotel. If you're looking for new and pristine, this isn't it. If you enjoy something a little different and... don't mind a little dated decor, this is fun. My kids would have enjoyed this when they were younger. Also, lots of vegetablegardens on site for the restaurant. Read more

This is such refreshingly fun hotel, one we will recommend to all our friends who enjoy and appreciate the exceptional and... unusual. The view from the 3rd floor was fabulous, the room was very comfortable and cozy with gas fireplace and nice lighting.Room details like an original skylight, private balcony, real glasses and mugs, and enviromentally friendly toiletries were mostappreciated. The lobby is fun and creative and we enjoyed the current art exhibit. We were sorry that the restaurant has limitedwinter hours but there's a reason to make a return visit! And kudos to the organization for its involvement in so many communitysupport programs. What a great concept! Read more

Room was really nice, we had the executive suite. Breakfast basket, jacuzzi tub, awesome view, gas fireplace all amazing. The... restaurant was definitely the part most in need of improvement. Portions were good but quality and flavor was below average.Service was adequate, perhaps a dedicated chef could get the restaurant up to 4 stars or even 5 if they update/remodel thedining room. Definitely stay here, but go to Port Townsend for dining options that are better. Read more
