New staff not listening to seating request. Restaurant near empty when I visited yesterday but was seated on the back wall and... forgotten about. 4 tables occupied and waited 25 min before I walked out. A table walked in 5 min before I left and had theirdrink order taken which prompted my walk out. The poor waitress wasn't even told we were back there. She was upset about whathappened. Read more
We need to give this Boston Pizza a HUGE shout out!! We came in as a ball team for lunch, the manager was worried he didn’t... have the staff to handle our large group, but took us in!!! The food and drinks were great, service was as quick as you wouldexpect with this large group. Got the kids fed quick! After we ate the manager toured our kids all around the restaurant andshowed them how to run a great business! Giving them all application to work there!! (They’re 11 year old boys)!! Well for starters when we asked for a booth we were told that they’d rather not incase a larger group showed up. (No one sat... in the booths the entire time we were there). Then for some reason all of the food came out at the same time. Soup, appetizers,and the meals. Most of our food was cold. I ordered the ravioli for a meal. I’ve had way better from a can. Beyond horriblequality. Overall was a pretty sad experience. Would not recommend at all. Read more
The Artichoke dip was good, nachos had better elsewhere.. The Jambalaya was decent.. Onion soup was excellent, chicken wings... was overcooked and rubbery, pecan chicken salad the chicken was the same.. Tasted frozen, overcooked and rubbery.. Very rude and impatient most of waitresses and even manager.They did not let us to sit in and ignored us. They disrespected and... it is not important for them to take care of customers, although there were many available tables but they did not let us havean option to choose to sit in. I used to love the Port Elgin location when Trevor was the manager, but tonight I was highly dissatisfied. The waitress didn't... mark down my order correctly, then the kitchen also didn't put it together properly. I had ordered a custom pasta dish and theymissed the chicken and the baked cheese. There were also issues with my mom's meal, but by this point we weren't going to saymore. Her fries and gravy were cold by the time they brought the plate out. The waitress was going to give me my meal for nocharge which would have been appropriate, but the manager Aaron would not give me my meal at no charge and instead said to notcharge me the chicken and cheese. Incredibly wrong way to handle this mistake, especially since the person with me was alsoinconvenienced. I had my mom eat her food so it wouldn't get cold while we waited for them, not to take my meal and fullyreplace it, but instead just added some chicken and cheese and bake it in a new dish. She then had to wait while I ate my food.Definitely was not an enjoyable experience! On top of this some of the tomatoes in my meal included core which was gross. Theonly reason for two stars is because our Bandera bread was good, the waitress did apologize multiple times and did want to giveme the meal at no charge. Boston Pizza is a sports bar/restaurant. The kids menu is very reasonably priced and actually has items that kids enjoy eating ... ????????????. They even have specialty hot, cold and frozen drinks for kids, Highchairs and booster seats ( cleaned andsanitized before and after use), coloring pages with puzzles and games complete with crayons.
