Food is always fresh and the lady at the front counter always makes sure you have what you need to have a good meal.

Haven't really had any complaints for the last probably 10+ months of any times I've gotten takeout there. They really have it... together these days, I find their cakes better than the Simcoe location as well although they could work on taking thedecoration orders better, had a few issues there of not getting what we asked for but other than that no complaints, their staffin my experience is very friendly and considerate through inside the restaurant and drive thru as well which is impressive drivethru window staff usually aren't the most pleasant but their staff is great! Training a new cashier so service was a little slower. But restaurant was clean and has parking. The order was done correctly.

This location is full of kids. Had to have been 6-10 workers in the back. We first sat in drive thru for nearly 20 minutes.... After our frustration of literally not moving at all, we decided to order inside. Took 10 minutes just to place an order (storewas EMPTY) 15 more minutes go by and we finally get our food. They messed up the order. Now at closing still don?t have ourorder ready. We had enough time to drive to Simcoe location and place an order then come back. Read more
