Reviews for Rainbow Butterfly Restaurant in Port Coquitlam, BC
We ordered take out last night and I will never go back. First of all the price on the internet when ordering is completely... different from what I was charged. Second the food was cold and soggy like it had been sitting all day. Thirdly the prawns andchicken balls were way over battered. One chicken ball, or so I thought was only batter, no chicken? The chow mien was allnoodles, no veg or sprouts as advertised...I could keep going. Never again =P Read more
First time trying there today. Their prices are competitive and most of the dim sums are yummy. The service is good and fast. ... I will go there again definitely. Read more

Great food and prices but if you don't tip them they don't look at you ....why so rude ????? The food is always tasty and... good...customer service needs big improvements though. Other than that 2 thumbs up for their food ONLY and 5 stars for the foodalso. If you pay cash they tend to short change you, perhaps they do that to keep as a tip. I'm a regular customer too so Idon't know why they do this ????? I won't be ordering food here for awhile now due to their inexcusable short changingcustomers. Actually they lost me as a customer. I'll be bringing my business to Kam Ding Restaurant. ???? Read more

The dim sum was ok, but not the highest quality. The peanut meat dumpling skin fell apart really easily and wasn?t pleasant. Siu... Mai was delish, juicy and tasty. Also loved the hairy taro and salt and pepper squid. Everything was fresh and hot. Read more
Came here today to try out since there had been some good reviews. The dry stir fried glutinous rice was greasy though... flavoursome. The dried shrimp and scallion Cheung fun was nice. However both of these dishes were tainted with some grit or somesort. I can describe it been sand or dirt either from the dried shrimp or scallion since both of these dishes had these twoingredients. The fried yam dumplings were tasty though the meat inside tasted abit slightly off. They were also greasy. The hargow tasted like the ones available frozen in the supermarket. The chicken feet needed a little bit longer in cooking as thetendons were still quite crunchy. The egg tart were the best though. Fresh and just cooked. The staff are friendly however theinterior are out dated. The dishes, plates and cups are all chipped and very worn and need replacing. the prices are cheaphowever that is reflected in the quality of the food and what they are served on. The Eastern Seafood restaurant further downthe road is a much better place or the Grand Palace in the Henderson Shopping Mall. Needless to say I won?t be revisiting thisplace unless some drastic changes are made. Read more
Drove 20 minutes to pick up an order, paid and got home to share with the family only to realize that there were items missing... in my order which I had paid for. I called them and they said they would either credit me or give me a refund for the missingitems but would not do anything for the inconvenience of having to drive all the way back to get my money. Very poor customerservice in my opinion and very bad professionalism. If a restaurant messes up they should rectify it by offering compensationfor the inconvenience. Very poor service. Will not order again Read more
