Have been a loyal Quiznos customer for as long I can remember, but what happened to me at this location, is both pathetic and... unreal. I drove from Kelowna and decided to stop here to get some food before heading home. I was hungry, exhausted and neededto use the washroom. I asked the lady right after ordering my sub if I could use the bathroom but she told me that "due to Covid19 restrictions there were not available". What was the alternative? Putting your order on hold, walking 300 meters to Safewaysand ask them to let you use their bathrooms instead. This non sense added 25 unnecessary minutes to my day, and trust me. Iwill never buy food at this location again. Wouldn't be a lot easier to clean your bathrooms rather than giving your customersbs? Or is this a money saving issue? In any event....what bathroom does the manager use? Unreal Ps. I just read several otherreviews after posting my own, at its pretty clear that this Quiznos has serious issues that are not addressed by the franchiseowner.. Went in for lunch yesterday and ordered a 6" Carbonara Chicken with extra sauce and asked for zesty grille sauce. The sub did... not have extra carbonara sauce. The peppers were wrapped with the sandwich, when they should be put in a container. Thecustomer service was mediocre, I was the one saying please and thank you. I won't visit this location again. Always fantastic customer service from Ash at the POCO Quiznos. Every time I place a catering order, everything is always... correct as I requested & always on time! They even went out of their way to label everyone?s orders. Definitely recommendordering your catering lunch through this location! I?ve been going to this Quiznos for over 10 years and with the recent change of owners I have seen a drastic decline in the... customer service. I got to know the last owners on a personal level and they were a joy to deal with from their customer serviceto the quality of the sandwiches. The last 4 times I?ve been to this location, not once have I been greeted properly. When Iask for extra veggies or extra peppers I get attitude and dirty looks from the staff. The cleanliness is non existent and I?msurprised this business is still running. I?m glad I?m not only one sharing my terrible experiences. I would advise the ownersto step up and provide better service and quality of sandwiches if they want to last as they are ruining a great franchise namein Quiznos.
