We went to Mary Browns a few times over the summer this year, and so far we have had great experiences. Chicken was tasty, and... much better quality than KFC...and dare I say Popeyes. Lot's of meat. Popeye's was too much fried batter for us and not enoughchicken if that's what you are going for. The only suggestion I may make is to hire one more staff to cook & prepare, as wealways felt the wait was a little bit longer and it gets crowded inside during lunch time. Read more

Had chicken sandwich, taters, gravy. Bun was moist as if kept in a steamer. Gravy had a lab appearance and lacked poultry... essence. The taters had no crispness to them. Perhaps a result of going there at 8 PM and few orders being made. I liked thecan pop rather than fountain. No menu handouts to take home if there is a next time. Large posters promoting their online orderapp but no QR Code to load the app. Staff were pleasant. Store clean. Lacks a drive thru but parking is convenient. Read more

Once I... realized this, I stopped eating and had to throw 3/4 of the sandwich away. I waited to post this review as I emailed theircustomer experience team and was waiting for a response. Two months have passed and I have still not got a response from them.I won't be coming back here. I ordered the two piece and asked to have a drumstick and a thigh. The guy literally had no clue what the thighwas. He had to go back to ask. No problem, at least now he knows. However, their chicken tastes like it was cooked in oil thathad already fried enough chicken. Just not fresh tasting. The food was fresh and made quickly. Decent crispy and lightly breaded fried chicken. The breading is unfortunately somewhat... bland and in my opinion lacks seasoning. It was nice to have canned pop, and the sides were tasty although more selection on thesides would be nice. All in all I'd give this 3 out of 5 stars. Read more

Purchased a two piece meal and paid an extra dollar so I could get 2 thighs. Price was on the high side. Chicken was very... similar to KFC but the potato wedgies were good and you get a lot of them with your meal. Canned pop was different and the gravywas good but not great. Not the best value for the price but at least it is a Canadian company. Read more

We are regular customers and ordered 3 chicken sandwich meals today , 2 of the buns were moldy and the turf was hard as a rock.... One of the buns had a chunk taken out of it which was clearly mid as there was still a hint of green around it. Clearly someoneknew and still served us, there is no quality control here and the chicken wasn?t hot either. We called to complain and werepassed around from person to person like they just wanted to make us go away. Well they succeeded, we will not return. Itwould?ve been easy to just comp us meals but we?re given the run around claiming there was no manager there. I have pictures butcannot seem to post. Read more
