I LOVE this place so much! I?ve been here a lot of times, and each time I?ve had a wonderful experience. Food is beautifully... presented, service is exceptional, place is cozy and spotlessly clean, and most importantly the food tastes AMAZING!???? It?salways fresh and made with high quality ingredients. Not only the best nigiri sushi but the most reasonably priced too! The chutoro is like otoro and I dare anyone to find Hokkaido... uni cheaper. The rice is amazing and the sauces and presentation are fantastic. The dining booths are quite private and cozywith additional Plexiglas for isolation. Awesome japanese restaurant that has a lot of options. The booths gives a lot of privacy. Service was quick and staff was... friendly. Tried a whole bunch of items (mainly appetizers) and generally all of them were really good. We weren't sure on theirsushi roll and was suggested their house special roll which was awesome. The Kosho roll had nice subtle flavors as well as asoft and creamy texture. Definitely worth trying. The salmon sashimi was fresh tasting as well. The salad that came with it hadthis awesome dressing which we liked quite a bit too. Other items ww had were the ika karage, prawn gyoya, stuffed mushrooms,ebi mayo and scallop motoyaki. All of these were fairly good on their own and only thing that could have been done better wasprobly the ebi mayo. It was really just prawn tempura with a little bit of extra sauce. Other item we got to go was their tacosushi. My sister loved these very much. Did not personally try these but, would definitely come back to try. Kosho is an delightful restaurant with authentic Japanese fares and twists. The sushi tacos were amazing and the crunch along... the softness of the rice and fish was refreshing. The bento boxes are really good value and the tempura was perfect. The stuffedmushrooms were delicate, the sauce made it better. The grilled Ika is my mom's favourite and the texture of the squid was good,well cooked, not over or under done. All in all, the food was really good and the service was great; very nice, courteous,attentive, and all smiles. A very cozy experience. Went there for my birthday dinner with the hubs.. the staff were super friendly and attentive and the food was amazing! I... decided to try this new place after seeing the reviews and the photos of their oishi sushi and I was not disappointed!Definitely one of my go to places for sushi from here on out! Also one of the rare japanese restaurant that sells cawanmushi..although I didn't try it that day.. I'm looking forward to doing so during my next visit! Read more

Fantastic Japanese Sushi restaurant - wonderful host (owner?) Is a pleasure to chat with. I tried Natto Tuna (topped with a raw... quail egg!) and it was a delicious mess ???? plus a kosho aburi roll, some tempura and a deep fried spicy Tuna roll I think.They also do sushi tacos. Clean, friendly service, delicious food beautifully presented, well priced. All around a great dining experience. I don't live... very close to this sushi restaurant but stopped in for lunch while running an errand. I will go out of my way and drive the 20minutes to eat here any time I feel like sushi from now on. Read more
