One of the better A&w's! The burgers are fresher than the A&W at Coquitlam center and also the A&w at pinetree village. There is... drive thru and also pick up at the parking lot if you order through the app. Highly recommend ordering through the app andpicking it up inside or outside. The food is always on time. We?d never been to an A&W before and doubt we will again. The place was empty and the staff ignored us for about 30 seconds... before acknowledging our presence as though we were a nuisance. When the food came, the extra fries were missing, the chickenstrips were thin & rubbery. Being from the UK we asked what A&W stood for but no one there had any idea! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! My family and I have never been treated so poorly. They kept making mistakes on our order like, no... ketchup or no onions. I tried to show them what they made mistakes on and they said ?no?. Then told us we were lying and kepton going on that they made no mistakes. Even the manager was extremely rude and accused us of lying. Why would I lie about mykid not wanting mayo on her burger? It would be a simple fix. I also asked for a contact number so I could speak to someonehigher up and they refused. Don?t not go to this location unless you want to be treated horribly. Hopefully a manager will readthis and correct the many issues we unfortunately had to deal with. What a disappointment!!! Read more
