Wife got sick off the lobster tacos. The pesto chicken was good.

Had dinner here after getting off the ferry from Monhegan. It was a welcome site after a long day on the island and we... immediately poured back some Maine beers. For app's we had the Fried Cheese Curds and the Mushrooms. Missing on the menu wasPoutine and if you have cheese curds, you might as well go all the way! For dinner I had an excellent Mushroom Swiss burger andmy entire party enjoyed their meals. I would highly recommend the Dip Net and I would commend our server, but the restaurant, sadly, does not put their names on the check. She was excellent. Read more

Let?s hope that they actually do use plant based biodegradable straws as their website states. Under their dock in the harbor... were literally 40 straws in a 4x8 foot space during low tide? waiting for the tide to wash them away into the ocean. Somelooked like they had been there a bit and were stuck in rocks-no signs of breakdown just discolored. How about foregoingoffering straws altogether???? Every little bit helps. Read more

Locals, live down the road. Wanted to give some place we have never been before a try. Food was worth the wait. Our waitress,... Emma. She did not one part of her job right. The 14 year old hostess and another waitress took care of us. Money is tight andI'd like to enjoy a meal our with more than one drink. Read more

Five friends and I dined at the Dip Net earlier this week. It was by far one of the worst dining experiences any of us have... encountered. Slow, inefficient service. Small portions for the price. Mediocre quality. If you want to pay for the harbor-sideview, feel free. If you want good food for a reasonable value, skip the Dip Net. We cannot recommend it. Read more
