Went there to pick up wings that was ordered online. How they only have one staff member working on a Sunday? Poor guy was... overwhelmed but handled the crowd like a champ - taking orders as folks walked in, managing the Uber pick ups, cooking the foodand running the register. I applaud him but Wingstop y?all must do better and not not have only one person working on any givenday!! Read more

This place blows. Been there twice and it?s taken over 30 minutes to get a small order of wings each time. Keep in mind this is... when no one else is in the store. The staff is really rude and never on task. They are always walking in and out of the store oron their phone. Their soda machine was broken and they didn?t even think to give us a cup of water until we asked them. Thestaff is always beefing with some customers as well. Place is also dirty. This location ain?t it. I ordered in-store and I waited an HOUR for 2 wings combos. and get this. THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG. I... asked for bbq and got Lemon pepper!! After waiting AN HOUR!! My Cajun fries were soggy, burnt and cold, with no seasoning . Noteven salt! I took em home and added salt, pepper and oregano or something, and still was inedible. I can?t make this up. I feelbad for the uber driver who was there before me and was still there when I left. Best believe don?t ever do an Uber pick up hereas a driver or customer. My review is specifically about the store located in Port Chester, NY. It's very disappointing to see that no action has been... taken at this store to clean it up. The store stinks of mold in the air. It's been that way for several months now. It's veryobvious that they suffered water damage and very little was done to clean up the damage. I among others will not return thereuntil it feels like a safe place to eat. I don't know how the employees put up with it. Don't take my word for it. Stop by andsee for yourself before you order from there. It's incredible to see practically the same negative reviews about this store asfar back as 3 years. Basically since it opened. I could probably run this store on my own I do a better job. What a shame! Read more
