On Wednesday oct 26 @1:20 PM . I went thru the drive thru ordered my food and everything was fine . I drive off and 5 minutes... into my drive my bank notifies me I have double transaction of $28.69 . I call Popeyes store and the manager tell me to disputeit with my bank . I was shocked of how poorly trained he is . I then called their main office and spoke with a lady . Promisedme a manager was going to call me back and nothing . Never again . I guess Popeyes is just worried about profit and pay noattention to mistakes and can care less for customer satisfaction.. never again ? I am sure I am not the only one this hashappen too . Lesson finally learned. Seldom get the order correct?drive -up, delivery or in the restaurant. I don?t know why I was surprised... today when one entire meal (out of 3) was not delivered. Gentlemen I spoke with at the restaurant said he ?personally? packedthe order and it was in there. Doubtful since the bag arrived with 4 undisturbed staples and a Popeyes seal over the top of thebag 15 minutes after I placed the order. They?ll give me a ?free? sandwich just need to go through drive-thru?why would I orderfor delivery if I could come pick it up?? So Uber refunded me the price of the order, but had to pay $5 MORE (delivery fee, tip)for another one to be delivered so everyone could eat. I?ve eaten there several times over the years and have to say their foodis not fried as crisp as other locations I?ve gone to but it?s the closest location. So I?m not a huge fan?and as I said at thebeginning, screwing up orders has been their MO. If I didn?t have a specific request from a visitor, I?d have ordered from abetter more reliable place. Horrible customer service! So I ordered my order through online and requested drive thru pick up, to only get there and be... greeted with an attitude because they said I had to go inside!! Didn?t include my spicy chicken sandwich with fries, and it tasted horrible, my friend who is allergic to mayo bit into his... sandwich only to find MAYO!!!! We had to use his epipen to stop him form DYING. Maybe if the spicy chicken sandwich would havearrived like ORDERED we would not have this mild inconvenience of my friend ALMOST DYING. Worst Popeye?s I?ve visited. Been here twice and both times were disappointing. Slow, but I can deal with that. Chicken is good.... But service is seriously lacking. Our combo orders were missing biscuits. They out of biscuits? Things happen, but if so, atleast let us know and compensate with something else. But who knows, maybe they just forgot. I was there last night, one of the employees give me a attitude because I asked for a cup of ice. They are so rude I don't... recommend this restaurant they have no manera. Worst part was when I ask for ranch dressing with she was giving me attitude andbeen rude. I told them that they should Lear how to talk to people they have a job because costumers go there otherwise theywill have no jobs. I ask for the manager and I ask for her name no one answer me it looks like all the rest of the employees arescare of this ladie.
