Food was better than most places. Counter service was fantastic. Food came out fast.

First time at this venue. Was definitely not impressed. I am a pescatarian, and the only thing on the menu I could eat was... salad, which was just ok. The three people I was with all had the usual fare involving chicken, and the consensus was that thefood is subpar. One of the best Zaxbys I?ve been to! The chicken was perfect and fries were crispy! Usually when I get takeout the bread is... always soggy even though I open the box very fast after receiving it, here it was crunch and perfect! The staff is also verynice! Read more

I've been to the Port Charlotte location 3 times in the past few months. Their chicken sandwich and their house salad is... absolutely delicious. I've gotten the honey mustard dressing with the house salad and it's outstanding! Tonight my wife and Iwent for dinner and as before, the food was fantastic! But we decided to dine inside the restaurant tonight and although thestaff was courteous and we received our order fairly quickly, the dining room was a filthy mess. I can't blame the staff forthis, however, as they are obviously short staffed. There was only a handful of people in the restaurant, but obviously thecounter help was very busy with drive through and couldn't get to cleaning the dining room. I think management needs to gettheir act together and hire more people for afternoons and nights. I'm thinking that if more attention is not given tocleanliness, this place isn't going to last long. That would be a shame because as I've stated, their chicken meals are reallygood! Read more
