Had a grilled chicken sandwich meal. Didn't taste the same. Had the runs the very next day.
Went in to make and order just now on Sunday July 24th at 2:10pm and a woman who seemed to be the manager was standing next to... the cash register have a full-blown conversation with what appeared to be a friend of hers. I stood there starting at her forabout 3-5 mins waiting to see if she?d stop being so rude, stop ignoring me, and would finally take my order, but nothing.Finally she ended her conversation and decided to ask me how she could help me. At that point there was no way I was going togive my money to that establishment. I went across the street to the McDonald?s where they attended me quickly. The woman hadthe audacity to stare at me with a bewildered look when I told her that she could no longer serve me since she had me standingthere like a fool while she had a full-blown conversation. I swear nowadays establishments can no longer find any employees thatare worth anything. Instead of attending customers they are rude and obnoxious. They think they are deserving. What this Wendy?sneeds to do is teach this employee, and I?m sure the others, professionalism and customer service. The other employees juststood there and watched her have a conversation instead of interrupting her and telling them to assist the customer. Not evenso much as an apology from this woman. Didn?t think I would receive one with as rude as she was just standing there having afull-blown conversation while I have to wait patiently for her. Because apparently she wasn?t on the clock. The bathroom is like a demilitarized zone. AND the sink doesn't work! On top of that, the cashier moved at the speed of snail... in winter. I normally give everything 5 stars. Not this one. Read more
