I came specifically for their Chopped Salad! I was told they no longer chop their salads because apparently it is too much work... for the employees. So, this sweet employee proceeds to hand cut 3 of the ingredients in my salad. It took much longer thannormal, was more work for her work and was a much smaller salad than usual because most of the ingredients remained in largepieces. At the end, the salad I normally eat while I am in the vehicle was unable to be eaten. I need to go home where I haveknives and chop up my own salad.Bring back your chopped salad where all the ingredients can be chopped and the dressing can bemixed in making it possible for me to eat it on the road. This is by far the best Subway around. I order 8 subs 2 times a month... I used to go to the subway on price blvd and plantation... rd off of Toledo Blade. But everytime I went there i was treated like it was a burden on them to order that many subs, evenwhen i would let people only getting one or two subs go before me. Also the process they would use to make them was by order ofingredients not by sandwich. Which usually ended up with 1 or 2 of them incorrect at the end. All in all just poor service andattitudes at that location! Ironically I was referred to this s Subway location by an employee of the plantation rd subway, wheni tried to call an order in 1hr. Before their closing time and was told that they didn't have time to make my order so I shouldtry THIS location.. Im very grateful to thr lazy rude employee for sending me there though, because everytime I go here Imgreeted with smiles and wonderful attitudes. Every single sandwich is made beautifully. They make all 8 subs as if im onlyordering 1 and every one is the best sub ever...every single time! There's one employee in particular that is just so pleasantwith amazing attention to detail...her name is DIAMOND! I hope someone in management reads this and gives her the credit shedeserves. I've been here a few times since January and have been very pleased with the service, their attention to my little... idiosyncrasies. Never one to just accept the standard, I'm always asking questions about how I can tweak the Subway add-ins andthe personnel has always happily indulged me. I have recently ordered over the phone and arrived 15 minutes later to smoothlywalk in, pay and take away the exact order I had specified.
