I don?t usually go out for coffee and Starbucks hasn?t been a favorite of mine but they impress me by allowing anyone to use... their internet for free and since Ian hit it?s been tough on a lot of people who don?t yet have home internet. - Prices here are dramatically different from the Starbucks in town at Target. I order the same coffee at Target (venti) and it... costs me $7. I order a grande here and it?s almost $9. - The quality of drinks is heavily dependent on who is working. There aretimes we get refreshers or ice coffees and they?re perfect. Other times there is not enough flavor in the refresher. You cantell because the refresher is a very light pink vs an almost reddish pink. Ice Coffees will be between half hot and lukewarm. -If you order inside, just a reminder, you?ll be competing against drive thru. I sat within line of sight of the drive throughwindow and watched 8 cars pass by. Worst part was, they never called my name to pick up my order. I watched the barista place mydrink on the pick up counter and walk away. - Normally, you would want to be upset with employees with their performance, but inthis case it?s management and probably understaffing. If I could give less stars I would. I asked if they had my ticket once and asked why they were pulling drinks out of the line up... and was told that I could wait patiently or get out by a "MANAGER" TAYLER. When I asked to speak to a different manager abouther attitude she told me they would not make my drink and they would refund me. I waited over 20 min "patiently" before askingand witnessed NUMEROUS others asking the same thing. I was told my locals this is a common occurrence at this location.Definitely keep driving to another. TAYLOR AND TONYA HAVE NO DECORUM. This morning I went through the drive thru to order breakfast and the girl who was at the window who gave me my order was not... very pleasant. Her communication was very curt and she seemed like she was angry. Her issue didn?t seem to be directed at me butI didn?t feel welcomed as a customer. Please don?t single her out the employees should spoken to as a group to treat thecustomers better, especially at the window. I have great experiences at the Punta Gorda location. Thanks. Read more
