I asked for pumpkin buckets for my kids. She said they had them and then when I got to the window they didn?t have them anymore.... Manager gave attitude when I said you just told me you had them. Second time this has happened. This location is awful. Managerhas a horrible attitude. Read more
I ordered fresh brewed decaf coffee, was told to drive up to the "wait" area. After twenty minutes I went through the drive... through to remind them...not happy about the wait. If you don't order fresh brewed, you either get old strong coffee or cooledcoffee. Read more
I hate that I have to give a star. The staff at this location do not deserve a star at all. This location should think about... getting new employees. They are VERY rude, do not follow directions, the buns are hard and more then one occasion the fries havebeen re-warmed. Here is the thing if you are not happy at your job or you do not like people then you should find yourself adifferent job Today before 5pm they wouldn't take an order from my husband, the lady told him VERY rudely "we're closed". Iunderstand everyone is going through issues that Ian left behind. You do not have to be rude about.To the lady who was rude tomy husband STOP being rude ???? that people might not be so mean to you. When you act like this to people, it is human nature to retaliate back. You may not the only people having a bad day. If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I come here they mess up my order. I usually just take it and go but today I decided... to go inside and let them know in a polite manner and the girl at the register was nice but the manager was not. Terrible service. Given the wrong order at first. Had to go in to store and again given a wrong order. The team member that... appeared to in charge seemed annoyed with me. I simply wanted what I had ordered. I could here the frustration and cursing fromother team members. Finally on the third attempt my order was complete but cold it?s burgers and fries.
