KFC in Punta Gorda has become such a disappointment. TV still advertises $5.00 fill ups. Ours is now over $7.00 for a 2 piece... and no cookie. The chicken tonight totally sucked. We will not be coming back. Too bad because KFC has always been my go too,when I don't feel like cooking. Read more

Lisa I believe she was a manager was rude and pushed the food and drinks out the window. I realize she had a second car, but... really? Rudeness is uncalled for. Fries were cold, Mac and cheese was overcooked. Read more
Not a place to go for customer service if that's what you're into. They have had some issues with help. But the food is great!!

Ordered a meal asking for all dark meat. Got home and all I got was 7 wings & 3 legs. Wing are white meat, clearly the workers... do not know this! Tried to call and just made a screeching modem sound. Very unsatisfied with how much I just paid for food myfamily won't eat. Read more
Manager said they had no chicken and gave me nothing but footballs to supplement for the food that we already ordered online.... Don't even get me started about the refund policy. You can't even get your money back you have to order food from them. Read more
