I tried Key West Subs for the first time today, as I had never had their food before and I had heard good things about them.... When I entered the store, the woman working the store was crying about something terrible that had happened. I don't knowexactly what was wrong but I do hope for the best. I offered to leave to give her space but she said that would be unnecessaryand despite her grief she was able to give me great customer service and food. I gave her a large tip. I had initially plannedto eat in but I switched to take out due to her predicament, but she didn't pressure me to do so. Again, I sincerely do hopefor the best for her and anyone else affected. Stopped in for my first time today as it was suggested by my fiancée who frequents their englewood location and raves about the... subs! I had a difficult time deciding between the Cuban, Ruben, or chicken ranch blt, the patient and friendly woman working thestore suggested the chicken ranch, and I?m grateful she did. Amazing, flavorful, juicy sandwich, perfect meat to bread/ toppingsratio!
