Wife enjoyed the Hawaiian chicken sandwich, said it was good. I ordered the wrap. I would not order again basically just well... done burger, iceburg lettuce, shredded cheese, very few small squares of tomatoes an a purple onion diced. Ordered medium rarewith everything on it. Gatorz has been around for a very long time. The place and the atmosphere is quite nice. However, the problem we have is that... both quality of service and quality of the food is not consistent. Allow about 45 bucks plus tip for a small meal for two withfinger food , and two drinks/beers each. Sometimes the food is great, other times it sucks, and you regret going. Same withdrinks, which depend vastly on the bar tender. The blonde makes great drinks - some others don?t. Sometimes there is a band onSaturday nights, other times there isn?t. Great Burgers! Staff was great, food was wonderful, and cost was some of the best in town! If you can do an early lunch, it?s a... better time. By 11:30 they were packed. I watched and everything continued on as I stated before. Highly recommend this place! Read more
Gatorz has a nice atmosphere and live music. We ordered a sampler platter, wings and gator bites. We heard the wings were... great and that was one of the reasons we attended there. However we found the food fairly greasy and had to return some wingsthat still had feathers on them. While the server did reduce our bill for the wings that had feathers, it was quitedisappointing that this happened and the four of us were so grossed out we did not enjoy any of the food we ordered. We LOVE playing Gatorz! Relaxed environment with inside and outside dining area, a covered band area and dance floor (rain does... not stop a party!) We usually play here for 4 hours then order off the menu to eat on the way back home from our show. I LOVEthe wings here, and the guys usually get a cheeseburger, but there's plenty on the menu... including gator bites...! Managementand staff are great! Mikayla usually keeps the band "hydrated" when we play, and she's a complete doll! Brooke is also asweetheart! Gatorz is a great relaxed environment and crowd. There's smoking in the outdoor area, which we don't notice asthere's ample ventilation and fans to blow the air around. Those really sensitive to smoke can choose to sit inside where thereis no smoking. Not the place for "high tea" with the "Karens" ;) Great live music day and night! Great covered stage areawith ample electricity. (for musicians: your equipment won't get wet when it's raining.) You can get really good sound heretoo! We always get 50 wings when we come! The service has always been excellent! They have never messed up an order! Prices are... reasonable, service is top notch and I have always got to go orders but I would definitely come hang out and enjoy theenvironment at this restaurant! Read more
