My pasta was very bland and dry but chicken on top was good. My husband enjoyed his steak and tenders meal. My children also... left their pasta on the table.. Give them some time because with them being so busy the quality isn't there yet. Read more

I was very jacked to dine here, as I have been anticipating the opening. Of course, there was a slight wait (I expected that),... around 20 minutes. I was very pleased with the food. We ordered a chicken pot pie, fries, coleslaw, chicken fried steak, andmashed potatoes. The servers were busy but very personable and pleasant. The fries were my favorite thing that I ordered, verywarm and crispy. The reason I only rated Cheddar's four stars is because they are supposedly famous for the chicken pot pie and,in my opinion, wasn't overly exciting. This Port Charlotte restaurant location recently open after Hurricane Ian and is a hit with locals. It?s a long awaited... restaurant opening and is a success. We took a group of 8 for a birthday celebration and had lovely diners. Because it was newlyopen they were a bit short staffed but that didn?t stop the good service and tasteful food selections. Kind of a disappointment. No soda, No spoons, No straws, No steaks, my fries were cold and salty. The country fried steaks had 1... inch of breading on each side with only a 1/4 of an inch of meat. (picture below shows the amount of breading). The ketchupbottle was empty. The tables had barely any sugar. The drinks were so strong you needed more sugar than they could provide.
