This place is garbage, the food is either cold or burned. Staff is rude and they seem to close at random times. Just look at the... reviews!! They say they close at 7, but I went one day and they were closed at 20 till 7 and refused to serve me. Otherreviewers complained about the same thing!! This used to be a good place to eat. I don't know if it is a franchise or acorporate store but someone should do something. They are asking people to contact their customer service in reply's, butclearly they aren't doing anything. Show up at 6:45 and they say they just closed... After asking what time they close she tells me at 10 till 7, so I should have... had 5 minutes right? Seriously poor customer service to lie and make up a time because you dont feel like serving a customerright before you close. I eat here weekly, not anymore. UPDATE: After being asked to contact their customer service I did, Iwas hoping to see some sort of resolution. Instead I was run around for three months in emails. First I was told the store wouldcontact me and that didn't happen. I was told the matter was escalated several times and still no one contacted me. Finally Iwas told the regional team was on the case!! Did not happen... I was told oh sorry we are short staffed right now. They couldhave just said that in the beginning. In the end they offered to give me some points on their mobile app if I had an account. Ideclined... I wasn't looking for a hand out, I was hoping to get a better experience from charlies after all we have been eatingthere for more than 20 years. After declining their offer I haven't heard from them again. It's clear to me now why they areclosing so many stores in my area, they just don't care. They only asked me to contact them on my review so it seems to everyoneelse like they reached out and solved the problem. They did not, it's just a ruse from a PR team who does nothing in the end. The staff at the Port Charlotte mall location in the food court is wonderful!!! I accidentally ordered a chicken cheesesteak... instead of beef for my son and they were kind enough to remake it for me at NO CHARGE!! Plus they let me keep the chickencheesesteak. Such nice and accommodating people! :) Read more

First time getting their cheese steaks. Excellent taste tried one with everything and it was awesome. Very pleasant workers and... got our food quickly. We will be back to enjoy again real soon. Read more

While walking the mall this morning, I became thirsty. Stopped at Charleys to get a diet coke. Their computer was down and... couldn't except my credit card and I had no cash. They gave me one anyway. I told them I would return after my walk and pay themat that time. I returned to pay and they would not let me and even gave me a refill. What a great experience with theirwonderful customer service. Thank you all. Read more
