THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE GEM!!!! Let me start by saying I just moved here from NJ a few months ago and have been extremely... homesick. Bella Napoli was my cure! From the extremely friendly and always smiling staff as soon as you walk in, to the rusticItalian cozy decor, the food is like a hug from your Grandma! The Sweet Pie is a MUST, it will awaken all of your taste buds andyou will be hooked for life. Garlic knots, even tho they were tiny, were out of this world! Delicious food! Gnocchi is out of this world! We literally reference this place as ?the gnocchi place? when we?re deciding where... to eat. You can tell their food is scratch made. Great little restaurant with good atmosphere. We haven?t tried their pizza yet,but that?s next on the list. Service is always prompt and friendly. We?ve ordered takeout, and dined in. Both are fantastic.Prices are a little steep, but the quality matches. You definitely get what you pay for. Edited to add: We tried the pizza forthe first time tonight. OMG! Best pizza I?ve had in town. We had the New York City Special Pizza, which had pepperoni,mozzarella, meatballs, basil, and ricotta. The crust is so perfectly crispy (no flop), the sauce has a great flavor, and did Imention the crust?! I?ve been going to Bella Napola for over 10 years. I love this restaurant. However, I just had my first negative experience... while eating my lunch today. I was trying to eat a nice peaceful lunch when it was interrupted with a loud banging sound. Itsounded like a construction site. I asked my server what was going on and she said that the cook was pounding out the veal.After 10 minutes of pounding I could not take it anymore. I asked to speak to the manager. She came over and said there?snothing that she could do that this procedure had to be done as part of the dinner prep. I explain to her that it was so loudthat I?m going to walk out. She did not even apologize. I had two people around me complain and left unhappy after theyfinished their meal. You should prep the food before you open your doors. I hope this poor review goes straight to the owner(Vitto), and I hope it does not fall on deaf ears. P.S?. The server Nicole was great and apologetic. Thank you Nicole. Amazing family restaurant and the best pizza and Italian food in town. Delivery is always prompt, hot, and correct. The food is... outstanding, fun and delicious drinks, the dining room feels like home, the staff is always happy and friendly. Management isclearly doing something right because we always see the same smiling faces when we return. Read more

While Bella Napoli serves good food for the area it's in, I was marginally disappointed by the service we were given when we... were there a month ago. Going beyond the hair I found in my food, which is a sad truth in many restaurants, what got to me wasthe staff during my visit. Our glasses only got refilled maybe once in the 1+ hour we were there, staying empty longer than theywere full. Moreover, since we went during an off hour, the kitchen staff were sitting adjacent to the dining room and theirconversation was quite loud. We had an absolutely wonderful dinner tonight. Our Cab Sauvignon was delicious, the shrimp Alfredo was incredible and the... stromboli was made fresh to order. Great service, atmosphere and food! We will be back every time we return to Florida. Read more
