They do stop taking orders no later than 8:30pm during the week, don't know about the weekends. I haven't been in years cause... everything tasted the same years back but I gave them another try when my Bestfriend wanted some, they have upped the flavor.The Popcorn Shrimp was good but their size was like a lima bean size, very, very small or even cocktail shrimp cut in half &battered. It cost her almost $12 for a Jumbo size container with the rice...mind you the container was like a med container butwas crammed full. Their food is always fresh but its the flavor and size for me. Everything is through drive thru ???? First off wanted grilled. They say they don't grill anything. Well they use too! Ordered 6... shrimp and 6 oysters combo. Get home which is maybe 4 minutes away. Food was still hot. But shrimp was butterflied (didn't askfor butterflied). They must of flattened the butterfly with a meat tenderizer; with the crust lucky if it was 1/4 inch thick.Bite I to and it was like rubber. The young girl in the window is nice, the food is good, but the popcorn shrimp keep getting smaller... and smaller, almost to the point it?s basically nothing but crust and they didn?t have tarter sauce, you can?t run out of tartersauce when you are a seafood restaurant............ Food is good but the service/customer service was HORRIBLE on this last visit. It's NEVER been like that before. We placed our... order before we got in to Bridge City, Texas. Thinking that would be ample time as I told the young lady that I could be attheir establishment in 15-20 mins. She said that was fine and that our food should be ready by the time we get to Port Arthur.We get there and there is little acknowledgement, food wasn't ready, and the young man at the window was SUPER RUDE (him and theyoung lady was more interested in getting on their cell phones instead of helping us). All of this lead to disagreements and ademand for returned payment. We expressed our concerns to the manager/owner...HE ACTED as if he wasn't too concerned with theway the employees handled us as customers. We wound up keeping our food, but not too sure about EVER going back. Verydisappointed with Vince's Seafood's professionalism and customer service. Read more
